Return Policy:
Products purchased through our wholesalers that have not been worn or damaged may be returned for any reason to us within 7 days of receipt of the product. A refund of the price of the product or a credit toward another purchase will be provided. If over 7 days have passed, please contact to discuss. Your satisfaction is our first priority!
No refunds or credits will be provided for custom pieces.
Trade-in Policy:
We offer a lifetime trade-in allowance for any piece of fine jewelry you purchase through us. The trade-in value will be based on the current value of the stone(s) and metal at the time of trade-in.
Trade-ins for pieces not originally purchased through us are reviewed on a case by case basis. We welcome any opportunity to help you!
Warranty:
Fine jewelry pieces originally purchased through us and valued at over $500 are eligible for service for the life of the piece. Our team will clean, polish, examine prongs, and provide regular maintenance service due to normal wear on your jewelry free of charge. Bring your jewelry to us every 6 months for a free inspection.
Referral Awards - Tell a Friend!
We hope you have had an outstanding experience with us! If you have made a direct purchase through us and you refer a friend our way, will will award you with 5% of their purchase price for the first item they buy.
- If multiple items are purchased at the same time, the award will be made based on the piece of highest dollar value.
- Notice of a referral must be made PRIOR to the purchase.
- Awards are only available to current clients introducing new clients to us. (A 'new client' is someone who has not had prior knowledge of Abigail's Bling.)
- Awards will be paid to the client in the form of a check or as a credit toward a future purchase 60 days after the date of purchase. Awards will be void if the item in question is returned.
